Profile:
This internal company division was holding their annual offsite meeting for 100 people locally in their hometown. In years past, the event was held in a resort setting.

Goal:
Create a memorable meeting that would “Wow” attendees, showcase their town for non-locals and create camaraderie among the group.

Solution:
Divide the group up into teams. Develop a city wide scavenger hunt to showcase their city and encourage teams to work together to earn the most points through engaging activities.

Results:
The groups came back with great stories and memories and a renewed sense of team. The event and the meeting were deemed “the best offsite ever” by senior staff and attendees.

Cast and Crew Party

Profile:
Academy award winning movie, The Departed, was being filmed in Massachusetts and they needed a hip, relaxed venue for a cast and crew party.

Goal:
Find a cool venue for a small private party. Work around budget constraints and security issues.

Solution:
Worked with a local, waterfront restaurant to secure their space and encourage them to close the restaurant to the public for a private weekend event. To encourage this and receive exceptional pricing, we offered to work with them to secure mention of their venue in the press.

Results:
Saved client over 15% of the event costs by working with the venue, understanding their goals and leveraging that to create a win-win.
